Terms of Use

Last updated August 8, 2026

These terms govern your use of Vitaro (vitaroapp.com), a CRM built for small sales teams. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you're accepting these terms on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have the authority to do that.

1. The service

Vitaro provides pipeline, account, and contact management, follow-up tracking, a Health Score built from your team's verified activity, integrations (Zapier, Gmail, Google Calendar, REST API), and optional AI-assisted tools. We may add, change, or remove features over time as the product evolves.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use Vitaro. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away at vitarosoftware@gmail.com if you think your account's been compromised.

3. Trials, billing, and cancellation

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Vitaro to do anything illegal, to store or send content you don't have the right to send, to attempt to access another team's data, to abuse the API or AI features beyond normal use, or to reverse-engineer or resell the service without our written permission. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

5. Your data

You own the data you put into Vitaro — your deals, contacts, notes, and everything else. We don't claim ownership of it, and we don't use it to train any AI model. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what we collect and who we share it with.

6. AI features

Vitaro's AI features (deal briefs, summaries, task suggestions, email drafts) are generated by a large language model based on the activity you've logged. They're meant to save you a few minutes, not to be a source of truth — AI-generated content can be inaccurate or incomplete, and you're responsible for reviewing anything before you act on it or send it to a customer. Don't treat AI output as legal, financial, or professional advice.

7. Third-party integrations

If you connect Google, generate an API key, or set up your own Zaps, you're responsible for what you configure with those tools. We're not responsible for what happens to your data once it leaves Vitaro through an integration you set up, or for the availability or behavior of third-party services like Google, Stripe, or Zapier.

8. Intellectual property

Vitaro, our logo, and the product itself are our property. These terms don't grant you any rights to our brand or code beyond using the service as intended.

9. Termination

You can stop using Vitaro and cancel your subscription at any time. We can suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, engages in abuse, or goes unpaid for an extended period after cancellation of a payment method, with notice where reasonably possible.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Vitaro is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every specific purpose. Use it as one tool in your sales process, not the sole basis for a business-critical decision.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Vitaro isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue or lost data, beyond the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to these terms

If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Vitaro after a change means you accept the update.
